FREE DELIVERY

We offer FREE Royal Mail Tracked 24® Delivery* on all orders over £50 within the UK mainland.
We offer FREE DHL NEXT DAY DELIVERY* on all orders over £200 within the UK mainland.
For Saturday Delivery you will need to select the Saturday delivery option on the checkout screen and pay extra.
Your order will be despatched within 1 working day of payment being received (Monday to Friday).
You should expect to receive your order within 1-3 working days of dispatch.
Delivery times may vary over bank & public holidays.
In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged in transit, WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.
*Free delivery does NOT include any goods in the furniture category.

UNITED KINGDOM DELIVERY

Free delivery to mainland UK (excluding Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man.).

*98% of our orders are delivered within these times, however once parcels are dispatched they become the responsibility of the courier.

Furniture made to order may take 2 to 6 weeks to deliver.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Please contact us for a delivery quote before placing your order.
International orders are despatched within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Delivery times will vary depending on destination and service used. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which will be levied once the goods reach the specified destination, any additional charges for customs clearance will be your responsibility.

The above information excludes furniture and larger items that are made to order. These items may be subject to longer delivery times.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY

We offer the option of next day courier delivery, which means that once picked up by the courier, your order will be delivered within 24 hours, assuming there are no delays. We have a standard delivery time of 1 working day but we endeavour to dispatch next day deliveries as soon as possible. Please note that our courier picks up from our office between 12-4pm, so orders placed later in the day will not arrive the next working day. In addition, we reserve the right not to refund delivery charges if the courier themselves delay delivery - courier delays are out of our control and the cost of the service is exactly the same. Delivery excludes weekends.

Order before 11am for DHL Next Day Delivery (please choose the next day delivery option at the checkout, Sunday and public holidays not included. For Saturday Delivery you will need to select the Saturday delivery option on the checkout screen and pay extra.

We would like to kindly inform you that the next day delivery option does not cover certain areas, namely the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man.
